Counselling Services
I offer counselling sessions for individuals of all ages, working with kids, as young as 6 years old, to youth and adults who are navigating a range of life experiences.
If you are feeling overwhelmed with the day-to-day or you are feeling pulled in many different directions, you are not alone. These are the tender parts of navigating life today and they can be hard to carry on your own.
Together as we navigate experiences with anxiety, depression, grief, and perinatal mental health, we create space to slow things down with curiosity rather than urgency. In our shared space your lived experiences are honoured without judgement.
Through collaborative work that supports nervous system regulation and fostering a connection to your body, together we will explore deepening your sense of self and your relationships with others.
I believe that we each carry wisdom within and that counselling can be a space to gently reflect and reconnect, honouring your unique story every step of the way.

Ages 6-12
In my work with younger kids, building a safe space and therapeutic relationship through creativity gives me the opportunity to meet them where they are at and to gain insights into their experiences through the language of play. I acknowledge the importance of maintaining communication with parents in this dynamic to ensure that they are also informed throughout their child’s therapeutic journey and supports that move towards growth can be practiced outside of the therapeutic space.

Ages 13-19
In my work with youth, I meet them where they are at and ensure that safety, connection, and trust is built in our shared space to then allow them to slow things down, listen to their bodies, and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Sessions are collaborative and curious, supporting teens in exploring their emotions, relationships, identity, and inner world while holding space for them to feel seen, understood, and respected.

Together we’ll build awareness of how your mind and body hold stress, anxiety, depression and grief. We will collaborate on ways to strengthen your capacity for regulation, and uncover patterns that may no longer be serving you.
My hope is that you’ll leave sessions feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges through somatic resourcing and steadiness, and deepening your understanding of how past experiences continue to shape your present.

The journey into parenthood can be beautiful, meaningful and deeply overwhelming all at the same time. Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating infertility, experiencing pregnancy after loss, adjusting to life with a new baby or finding yourself feeling anxious, depleted or unlike yourself after birth - you don’t have to move through it alone.
This season of life asks for so much from us. As your body, identity, relationships, and daily rhythms shift it is common to feel disconnected, uncertain, and emotionally stressed. My role is to offer a compassionate space where you can slow down, feel supported, and make sense of your experience without judgement or pressure to “have it all together”.
Using a somatic, attachment-informed, and integrative approach, together we will gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses while also collaborating on grounding and connecting techniques so that you feel supported and held.

My approach is trauma informed and grounded in collaboration, compassion, and with an understanding that the ways we’ve learned to connect (our attachment) often shapes how we experience the world.
Together we’ll bring curiosity to your experiences, along with clinical insight and reflection on patterns as we begin to chart a path forward that feels true to you.
